The short answer Use one EPIDEN mini shampoo every other day, in its numbered order. Your wash days are days 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13. Each mini replaces your usual shampoo for that wash. The introduction spans fourteen days.
Seven washes across fourteen days
The day you start RESET is day one. Leave a day between the planned washes and follow the same order through to GLOSS. The numbers describe a connected routine, so there is no separate sequence to choose for each hair type.

Keep each wash simple
Wet your hair, work the next mini shampoo through your scalp and lather. Let the lather move through the lengths, then rinse thoroughly. The mini takes the place of your normal shampoo for that wash. Do not blend the minis or use the next step in the same shower.
If you want to follow with SILK, first rinse out the shampoo. Apply the conditioner through your lengths and ends, leave it for around two minutes, then rinse. SILK is a rinse-out conditioner, not another numbered shampoo in the schedule.
SIGNATURE keeps the routine going
After the introduction, the planned maintenance phase is approximately three months with SIGNATURE shampoo. Add SILK when your lengths and ends need conditioning. Three months describes the routine plan, not the lifespan of one bottle or a guaranteed result. How quickly you use a bottle depends on factors such as hair length and the amount used.
You can choose SIGNATURE on its own without completing the starter programme first. SILK conditioner is also available separately and fits both phases. You can return to the seven-mini introduction when you feel you need it.
Starter set or complete set?
The Seven-Shampoo Starter Set contains the seven minis only. The Complete Nine-Piece Hair Care Set adds SIGNATURE and SILK, bringing the introduction and ongoing care into one option. You can also replenish SIGNATURE or SILK individually.
