EPIDEN is an online store for products that accompany everyday care and rest. These terms govern use of this website and its content. Purchase conditions are set out in our distance sales terms and pre-contract information.

Who operates the store

The store is operated by Ege Yurtsever, trading as EPIDEN. Business and contact details are available on our seller information page.

Your information and account

Please provide accurate details for orders and support, and keep your account access secure. You must not use another person’s details without permission, make misleading transactions, attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the store.

Products and content

Each product page describes the model, dimensions, materials and instructions relevant to that product. Follow its use and care instructions. Decorative objects shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product description says so. Screen colours may vary, without affecting our obligation to supply products that conform to the contract.

Our sleep routine guides provide general information. They are not a personal health assessment or treatment service. Product information is based on substantiated features and appropriate use. We do not guarantee the same sleep outcome for every customer.

Content and brand rights

Rights in the store’s branding, text, images and designs belong to its operator or the relevant rights holders. You may use the content for personal information and other purposes permitted by law. Commercial reproduction or misleading use of branding requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. Statutory quotation and other lawful use rights remain unaffected.

Other platforms and availability

Links to Instagram and Trendyol take you to those platforms, whose own terms apply. Maintenance or technical faults may affect access to this store. Our obligations for existing orders and consumer rights continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We show the update date when these terms change. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing order. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
